How do I get started?

During your initial assessment, our medical professionals will perform a thorough examination which will include an outline of your health history, a physical examination, pain level, and injury evaluation.  Our team will then work with you and your family to develop a customized treatment plan to get you to your pre-accident state as quickly as possible.

Do I need a referral for treatment at Spine Health Care Clinic?

Some extended health insurance companies require a referral from a physician for reimbursement purposes. Please check with your insurer.

Would the new changes in the Ontario Insurance Act affect my treatment?

Important changes have been made to Ontario Insurance Act starting June 1, 2016, and as part of these changes, new protocols have been established for the diagnosis and treatment of motor vehicle accident clients.

What if my insurance will not cover all or some of my treatment needs?

At Spine Health Care Clinic, we can provide treatments on an Assignment of Proceeds. An Assisgnment of Proceeds is an agreement between Spine Health Care Clinic, you as the patient, and your lawyer for costs incurred for the treatments that are not covered by your insurer.
